Edit: Habe gerade gesehen, dass die Jungs die die seite betreiben selbst Black und Brownbelts unter Relson sind und eine Academy in Aiea haben, in der Naehe von Honolulu. Bieten auch No Gi an:
Presently, we alternate gi (uniform) and no gi (t-shirt and shorts) days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For example, if Tuesday is gi, then Thursday is no gi. The next week we alternate the class that has a gi and the class that has no gi. Currently Fridays are back to no gi! O2 Martial Arts Academy
