 Was versteht man unter dem Begriff Brücke/Bridge???
z.B.: "Chum Kiu trains the stance and the waist; the arm bridge is short and the step is narrow."
Gibt es vielleicht mehrere Bedeutungen und welche Rolle spielt das wissen über die Brücke im Kampf? Hat jemand dazu eine Meinung? |
