rechtliche frage

Hi ich habe eine frage und sorry mein deutsch ist nich so perfect. ich hoffe das man es versteht und wenn es zu schwirig ist werd ich posten in english.
meine frage ist wie weit juristish selbstverteidigung zählt und ob beleidigungen da was endern.
ich bin aus kamerun und ein jahr in deutschland. ich bin vor allem am sportaustausch beteiligt.
vor a paar tagen war ich schecht gelaunt und da war so ein kränklicher typ und ich hab mein ärger an ihm gelassen. pressed him on a wall and such things. dan kam da so ein typ der hat mich "Nigga" genannt. he was not very strong, so i could punch him really easy, because i have much more muscels. but then he kicked me with steelcaps into my belly. that was much harder than my abs. after that he punched me hard into my best part and then into my face after that i was done.
my abs are still aching and the other, much more sensative part too.
kann ich das anzeigen, weil er hat mich provozirt und ich hatte ja den andren dran.

Ich schreibe es mal in deutsch .

Zuerst will ich nochmal den "Fall" aufzählen, um zu sehen, ob ich das richtig verstanden habe.

1. Du hattest schlechte Laune und hast deinen Frust an jemanden anders ausgelassen. ==> Da hast du den Tatbestand der KV (Körperverletzung) erfüllt und die 1. Person kann schonmal eine Anzeige gegen dich machen.

2. Eine dritte Person ist vorbei gekommen und hat dich (bei der Aktion mit der anderen Person) beleidigt. ==> Ein guter Anwalt wird die Beleidigung dieser Person versuchen damit "zu erklären", dass er damit eine "Art" Nothilfe (er hat dich von der Person abgebracht) geleistet hat (zur Nothilfe ist Jedermann verpflichtet ).

3. Du hast auf diese Beleidigung dann mit körperlicher Gewalt reagiert und die Person hat mit Gegenwehr agiert ==> Auf eine Beleidigung mit Körperverletzung zu reagieren..., mmh, der gute Anwalt ist wieder gefragt (Überreagiert, Selbstjustiz...). Anders sieht es bei der Person aus, sie hat Notwehr begangen und ist (nach meiner rechtlichen Auffassung) im Recht. Jedoch hat er Hilfmittel eingesetzt, die evtl als überzogen angesehen werden können und das ist dann wieder zu prüfen.

Ich sehe hier eigentlich zweimal den Tatbestand einer KV auf deiner Seite erfüllt und einmal den Tatbestand einer Beleidigung von einer anderen Person.

Vor der ersten KV wird dich dann keiner retten können, bei der Zweiten und der Beleidigung kömmt es auf die Anwälte an.

Well .. the other guy, did you do 'those things' with him just for fun or did he call you names as well? Wasn't the second guy maybe even wanting to help the other one? Of course it wouldn't have been illegal for you to punch that other guy, too, but I'm interested in the whole story ..

Ok i punched the first guy a bit, because it mkes fun and i was much stronger than him. The second one looked weak as the other, because i have much more muscels than them. But than that shit happened. That was unfair. Steel caps are harder than my abs.

I'm sorry, but if you hit people for fun, I can fully understand the second guy .. calling you names isn't just the nice way, but hitting people for fun isn't either.

I hope you know, it isn't okay, when you hit anyone, because you are stronger than the other one.

Okay it is not funny, when anyone call you "Nigger", but to react with violence is not the right way!

Was he going to attack you..........not really, does he??!!!!

You can say your opinion in the right way, will the guy attack you now with force, that's the moment you must handle......!

When you like to fight and mess your power, go to a martial art club and train Full-Contact, maybe Boxing or Muay Thai !!!

And in the szenario you describe, it doesn't matter, what is the exact law in Germany.

So Ammon, go the right way and keep cool, calm down and relax...and in the first way...use your brain!

ok es war nicht nett das zu tun. aber ich suchte spas und der hatte kein musceln, dachte das ist easy. mir gefällt es hir auch nicht in deutschland. es ist kalt und grau und die leute sind nicht net. aber die girls mögen mich trotzdem freu ich mich heim zu gehen.
Yes i like to fight and mess my power but in germany it´s difficult. i do much sport but no fighting. judo is boring and unefficient against boys like me. and i know no other kind of that here.
