Wai Khru / Ram Muay

Hallo Muay Thai´ler,

ich würde mich gerne ein wenig intensiver in die Formen des Wai Khru begeben.
Nicht nur nur Hintergrundwissen auch die Umsetzung will ich erlernen.
Mir ist klar das ich so früher oder später mit meine Trainer mal ne Runde darüber plaudern muss.

Nicht desto trotz, würde ich gerne wissen ob es hilfreiche Literatur/Videos oder Ähnliches gibt.

schau dir einfach thaifights als videos material an. jedes gym/ lehrer hat seinen eigenen. grundsachen sind aber immer enthalten die sind einem wohl bekannt.

hilfreich könnte das ramaikien/ ramajana sein um die figuren zu kennen/ deuten.

Eigentlich müsste es ja auch hier möglich sein, da inhaltliches zusammenzutragen. Hier turnen ja genug Fachleute rum.
