nun ist es auch hier soweit: Benny Meng (ein alter Kumpel von Sergio) ist wohl nicht mehr so einverstanden mit dem, was Sergio treibt und gibt ihm ordentlich Feuer auf Facebook. Hier ein paar Zitate und darunter die Webadressen zwecks ordentlicher Verweise:

This is an ignorant argument:

The Weng Chun taught in the Chi Sim Weng Chun lineage (or Tang Yik, or however he wants to package it) contains the four forms of Fa Kuen, Sap Yat Kuen, Chong Kuen, Saam Baai Fut, the wooden dummy, pole, and knife.

The Wing Chun taught by Ip Man contains the three forms of SNT, CK, BJ, the wooden dummy, pole and knife

The two systems are related because they came from the same origin approximately 400 years ago. The modern system of Ip Man came from the influence of the Red Flag where Weng Chun and Hung Ga share a similar ancestor, which is Chi Sim.

Regardless of how someone packages or markets something in his school because he has a vested interested in that packaging doesn't mean it's true. To say that Chan Wah Shun's lineage used the Chinese character for Weng (meaning Eternal) and the Chi Sim Weng Chun lineage uses the Chinese character for Weng (meaning Eternal) so the systems must be the same (or very related) is a very weak and ignorant argument. For a self-professed expert on Wing Chun, it's a very weak logic-flow.

As a matter of fact, this issue has been settled by the Ip Man clan elders by stating that Weng Chun is not Wing Chun.
