Für alle Kurzentschlossenen. Ich mache am Sonntag in Zürich einen Lehrgang mit dem Fokus auf Schlagtechniken beim Bodenkampf....
Dies sowohl unbewaffnet wie auch mit dem Fauststock (Palmstick, Dulo Dulo, etc.)

GROUND & POUND - SEMINAR
with "Lonely Dog"

This time I will do a seminar with the subject of striking techniques on the ground (a.k.a. Groung and Pound). We will focus mainly on Empty Hand techniques, but will also have a look at G & P techniques with the Palmstick.
