Amsterdam Open BJJ 2009 - October 25th

We would like to invite you for the Amsterdam Open 2008 on Sunday 25th of October.

THE WINNER OF EACH OPEN CLASS WILL WIN A KEIKO GI !!

All early registrations will receive a Keiko Raca tshirt!!

RULES & FIGHT TIME
The point system of the IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) will be used.
White Belt fights will last 5 minutes. Blue Belt fights will last 6 minutes.
Elite (Purple & Up) fights will last 7 minutes.

PRIZES
Medals will be awarded for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
The winner of each open class will win a Gi.
There will be a trophy for the Best Team.

WEIGHT CLASSES & REGISTRATION
Men: -70kg, - 76 kg, - 82.3kg, -88.3 kg , -94.3 kg , -100.5 kg, + 100.5 kg
Women: -60kg and +60kg
(Weight categories and weigh-in is with Gi)

Early registration until October 4th
The fee for early registration is € 25 and gives right to a free Keiko Raca tshirt.
Payment is possible by using bank deposit or Paypal.
Early registration will close on Sunday October 4th

Late registration until October 18th
The fee for late registration is € 25 and is only possible by payment using Paypal.
Registration will close on Sunday October 18th

REGISTRATION AFTER OCTOBER 18th & REGISTRATION BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!

If you haven’t paid and subscribed before the deadline, please do not come to the competition to try enrolling on the day itself, for this will be not be accepted.


REGISTRATION CHECKDAY
Wednesday 21st of October will be registration check day.
ALL ATHLETES MUST CHECK THEIR REGISTRATION INFORMATION ON THE REGISTRATION CHECK DAY – OCTOBER 21st ON OUR WEBSITE: WWW.BJJHOLLAND.COM

WEIGH-IN & FIGHT SCHEDULE

A schedule with the start time of all categories will be available at our site on
Thursday October 22nd.

THE WEIGH IN WILL BE JUST BEFORE YOU STEP ON THE MAT FOR YOUR FIRST FIGHT.
WHEN CALLED OUT TO FIGHT, BRING YOUR ID TO THE MAT TO IDENTIFY YOURSELF.

The athletes must be at the warm up area, according to their fight schedule.
The athlete can only enter in the fighting area when called by the official.
In case of victory the athlete must return to the warm up area, and remain there till the next fight.
