The fight took place between Hung Gar Master Leng Cai Yuk and a triad boss named Ha Saan fu, who was also a master of Internal martial arts. Because Ha dealt in prostitution, gambling, and drugs, Leng challenged Ha to a lei tai bout to halt the expansion of his criminal territory. Ha accepted the challenge and agreed to leave the area if he lost.
Ha had previously heard of Master Leng’s ability to tear at the flesh of his opponents with his bare hands, so he wrapped his torso with a leather strap prior to the fight. Both men met on the lei tai some time later and signed a contract that stated the fight could end in death. The crowd watched as both initiated combat. After a few moments, Leng (apparently seeing the leather straps through his ripped clothing) bypassed Ha’s armor by forcing his hand down from the top of the wrap and tore out the triad boss’ bowels. When Ha fell dead to the stage, his men tried attacking Leng to exact revenge, but the local police quickly arrested Leng to protect him. He was eventually set free.[25]

Im fernen China:

There was a Panda who always wanted to be a Kung Fu hero. One day, more by accident, he was chosen to be the new dragon warrior. But the old master said that there are no accidents. The panda however was fat and inept in the art of kung fu so that is sifu got desparate, until he found a way to inspire him and get the best out of him with the help of what panda does best: eating. Finally the panda learned kung fu (which he practised in his very unique panda style) and was given the sacred scroll that held the secret that would make him invincible. They thought that this would be his only chance to defeat the villain Tai Lung, who wanted the scroll for himself, as he thought himself to be the real Dragon Warrior.
Just on time before the mighty warrior Tai Lung arrived (after breaking out of prison) the panda got his act together and defeated the evil Tai Lung with his Panda-power. As it turned out, the secret of the dragon scroll was that there IS NO SECRET INCREDIENT! After Po realized that he is the real dragon warrior just because of his skills, he got the self-confidence to defeat the feared Tai Lung.

Chen Family Legends (http://books.google.de/books?id=S6PKY1hcQ3kC&pg=PA191&lpg=PA191&dq=%22chen+Family+legends%22+%22history+in+china&source=bl&ots=Uw97o54OsP&sig=JCVRB972cgNv8KMu1e8odvVaSGg&hl=de&ei=Al7JTfC8KMT1sga1geWNAw&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&sqi=2&ved=0CB4Q6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=%22chen%20Family%20legends%22%20%22history%20in% 20china&f=false)

Stealing a horse from the official stable, a notorious thief left a note challenging anyone to come after him. No one was brave enough to give chase, as he was known to be a formidable fighter.
Chen Jingbo, however, on hearing of the incident was undeterred an accepted the challenge.
Eventually meeting up with the thief, Chen Jingbo offered a challenge of his own.
He suggsested that the thief attack him three times while he (Chen) kept his hands behind his back.
Agreeing that if defeated he would return with Chen Jingbo, the thief pulled out a broadsword and thrust it towards Chen's throat.
Very calmly but with great speed, Chen ducked slightly and caught the tip of the broadsword in his teeth.
No matter how hard the thief tried to draw it back, he was unable to do so. With a turn of the neck, Chen deflected the force to one side, throwing the thief down onto the ground.
This famous story was written in many books in China.

hier noch was von lebenden Personen:

Speaking with fists

Two years earlier in 1985 Chen Xiaowang had also been put on a spot. That was during his first trip abroad to Japan, accompanied by Chen Zhenglei and Chen Guizhen. They had just finished dinner and were by themselves as the tour organizer and the translator had left a little earlier. As they were leaving, someone approached them in the front of the restaurant. None of the Chens spoke any Japanese and the intruder did not speak any Chinese. All they could make out was something about boxing. From the fighting posture and upheld fists it became clear that he wanted a dialogue of martial skills. Uncertain of the proprieties of assenting to what appeared to be a sort of challenge, and unable to communicate, Chen Xiaowang did the next best thing, holding his arms up in a similar gesture, intending to elicit a friendly exchange. But a fist flew right into Chen Xiaowang's face. Chen Xiaowang guided the fist off with his right hand, consciously holding back an offensive return. The attacker seeing his punch foiled, in the next instance closed in and followed with what seemed to be a well-practiced move, an elbow strike to Chen's body. Xiaowang's cultivation of Taijiquan "gong" came into play. He received the elbow strike with a small rollback "chan" to deflect it, which weakened and dissipated the impact. At the same time he issued a burst of offensive "lie jin." As Chen Xiaowang's hands had remained glued to the attacker's arm, the "jin" caught him and threw him several feet away, falling face down. Later it was found out that the attacker was a local martial arts instructor who wanted to test the skills he had read about. The following year he went to Zhengzhou, China, to seek out Chen Xiaowang and learn from him.

Irgendwie kommt mir das bekannt vor, und die Geschichte geht demnächst noch weiter.
