Tim Sylvia to fight Arlovski for UFC Title
........Former UFC heavyweight champ Tim Sylvia confirmed to PKW that he will be fighting Andre Alovski on April 2nd at UFC 47 for the currently vacated UFC heavyweight title. Sylvia was recently stripped from his title while testing positive for using a banned substance after his last title defense vs Gan Magee. Sylvia stated that he has another four fights scheduled with the UFC and squashed any rumors that he will be a participant in the upcoming PRIDE heavyweight grand prix.
.......We also asked Tim about the bad blood forming between himself and UFC heavyweight Wes Simms. Sylvia said "Wes has never won a fight in the UFC" and added "Wes is just a punk. He sucks as a fighter and is just trying to earn some credibility because he can't do any talking in the ring, so he just has to do it outside the ring".
