Day 1 of 90: “Bas Baseline”
For time complete:
400m Run
40 Air Squats
30 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 Burpees
Day 2 of 90 All Around Workout 1
Use the “All Around Workout1” CD for the full 28 minutes.
If you can today, use a pull-up bar instead of the neck/biceps exercise.
