Sports science labs website has a ton of free routines out there and an encyclopedia of all the exercises they use under "ssl university ". A lot of it is adding plyos to what they have in the probodx book. I like to do all the stuff on the site and book without the machines bc of price. Jumping can simulate a lot of leg stuff.
