Ich habs nicht mal 5 Sekunden durchgehalten. Im ersten Satz fällt schon "[Carlos Gracie], inventor of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu". Da weiß man doch was da für ein Infomercial folgt...

...das Beste über "lineage" und belegter history sind meiner Meinung nach "Choque 1-3"....
Alles andere is Marketing. The only, authentic, original, bla, bla....

Wenn wir ehrlich sind hat sich Carlson nie für SV interessiert.
Seine Schüler brauchten das auch nicht....
Er selektierte bewusst nach potentiell erfolgreichen Wettkämpfern die seine eigene Sippe besiegen konnten.

Sein Beitrag war das er ein enorm starkes Wettkampfteam für BJJ und Vale Tudo aufstellte das die Gracies zwang einen Zahn zuzulegen.

Ich mag Alan eigentlich sehr. Ein sehr technischer Fighter mit guter Vale Tudo Guard.

Aber der Channel ist 0 Information und simples Marketing.

What’s the reason for your disagreement with Helio Gracie?

Carlson Gracie: I have nothing against him, the only problem is that he’s going around telling lies, you know what I mean? He goes around saying that his sons are the biggest & best fighters in the world and that they discovered the invincibility. His students lose everything here in Brazil. OK, Royce did well in the U.S. He beat everyone there, but no one knew anything then. Here in Brazil, I’ve never seen Royce win ONE championship. He lost to everyone. He lost to De La Riva, who was so much smaller than him. He tapped out to Paschoal. He’s a good fighter, but never won anything here. He’s not this “phenomenon” that they talk about....
