für 70€ (ich habe 110€ bezahlt, habe es jetzt aber doppelt) z.Z. Porto verkaufen, Zustand: Neu, ungelesen (leichte Spuren vom Versand, kann Fotos vorher zuschicken)
Alternative würde ich es auch eintauschen gegen:
The Village Technology Handbook Ausgabe von 1988
John Mosby schreibt über dieses Buch:
Training at the Speed of Life by Kenneth Murray
This is an older book, and can be a pain in the ass to get your hands on (Although, when I just checked Amazon, there were two copies available, for $73 and $113 respectively). It’s totally worth it. While some of the information may be dated (there’s more options than just Simunitions now, for example), the best practices for FoF training and development, are still the industry standard for not having a catastrophic accident like shooting a student with a live round. The discussions on the psychological aspects of FoF training are equally still valid.
This is also sort of one of those books that, I suspect, for at least another 10-20 years, if you haven’t studied it, you’re always going to be a bit behind the loop, when it comes to effective training.
