A. Stance: (Bai-Jong) platform to attack/defend with natural movement
B. Body Structure:
1. Jun Fan centerline theory
2. lead immovable elbow theory
3. Power hand forward
C. The Four Gates Defense:
1. Eight basic blocking positions (from Bai-jong)
2. Sectors inside/outside positions
3. Front/rear hand positions
4. Jun Fan trapping reference points with applications of Pak sao & Lop sao
a. Gua choy lowline to high line
b. Lt. to Lt.- Rt. to Rt.
c. High inside to outside
d. Outside to outside
D. The seven star concepts:
1. Hand 2. Elbow 3. Shoulder 4. Head 5. Leg 6. Thigh 7. Knee
E. The three gates, or three channels of attack
1. Infront of your eyes
2. Infront of your arms
3. Infront of your legs
F. Jun Fan Footwork (stepping to Bai jong drill)
1. forward step 2. backward step 3. stepping left 4. stepping right
5. Step slide forward and backward combine with reference point drills
G. Jun Fan Upperbody Tools
1. Finger jab 2. vertical punch 3. Hammerfist 4. Chop 5. Backfist 6. Leopard fist
7. Claw 8. Webhand 9. Palm heel 10. Elbows
