Rowan Cunningham

Ist soweit ich weiss purple belt (Keine Garantie)

Rowan is one of Canada’s top B.J.J. athletes. He is a 4-time winner of the Joslin’s Canadian Open and 2-time silver medallist in NAGA (North American Grappling Association) competition. He has taken first-place honours in numerous tournament events including the World Kubodo Championships in Austria, the 2003 Montreal Open and the Canadian Jiu-Jitsu Association Championships. His most recent victory was at the Ontario Grappling Invitational in December, 2003. Rowan trained for seven years with B.J.J. Brown Belt Jeff Joslin in Hamilton, ON and extensively with B.J.J. Black Belt Ze Mario “Esfiha”

Hatte letztes Wochenende seinen ersten MMA Fight:

Sieger nach 2 Minuten via RNC

Some debuts at APEX were incredible to see. While historical, they will stick in my memory banks forever. I was honored to see my friend Rowan Cunningham (cornered by Jeff Joslin) make his MMA debut at APEX, where he fought a game 5-5 Eric Beaulieu. For those taking count, Beaulieu had fought ten fights to Cunningham's zero. I've seen Beaulieu fight and trust me, he's got skills. I've also seen Rowan Cunningham on the Jiu-Jitsu mats for years and know that he is a bad, bad man. As soon as their fight went on the ground (courtesy of a spectacular shoulder throw by Cunningham) I felt the end was near. Low and behold, Cunningham was able to secure the rear naked choke in about 2 minutes of the first round. Cheers to you my friend. Looking forward to seeing you back at APEX.

Etwas verwirrend: 2 Glatzkoepfe. Er ist nicht der mit dem Adidas Gi, sondern der andere (bessere). Hat ja auch einen (verwaschenen?) Purple Belt.

Finde seinen Blick geil, wie er nach dem Hals giert... hat ihn ja auch bekommen.
