thank you for this wonderful idea of an english forum:D
I am a french practicionner of viet vo dao (lam son) and i might move to stuttgart next year.
The martial arts issue is a component of my choice so let me put it down simply:

Thanks for the input,

Hello there folks -
I'm an american soldier stationed in the Stuttgart Area. I've been interested in the martial arts for quite awhile. Studied Taekwondo for 5 years then switched to Wing Chun Gung Fu - which I found to suite me more. I studied under Sifu Tony for 4 and a half years, who studied under Sifu Swift.
I'm now looking to broaden my knowledge with various other styles. Looking for some good martial arts dojo/school recommendations for the Stuttgart area. Thanks and appreciate the great board - Struggling to learn german at the moment, so this place is great.
Also know a number of other americans who are interested in the martial arts and in this area. I'm going to direct them to this board as well.

Do we happen to know each other ? ;)
I don't think you find a BAJI school in Stuttgart, but hey, you never know... Asia is, as long as he stays in Germany, about 1.5 to 2 hours driving from you, near Nürnberg.
I found a Vovinam Viet Vo Dao school on this page: http://www.uni-stuttgart.de/hochschulsport/prg/budo.htm
Greetings to anyone you see in future...

For all you folks out there interested in Filipino Martial Arts:
We recently opened the Cabales Serrada Escrima Academy in Stuttgart Vaihingen. We teach a traditional filipino fighting system using weapons (sticks, blades, knives) and of course, empty hand fighting!
For more info mail to: info@serradaeskrima.de
or log on www.serradaeskrima.de (http://www.serradaeskrima.de/) (only in German) or www.cabales.com (http://www.cabales.com/) (engl. - our Grandmasters page)
US Service Members get special conditions btw...
