Dies sowohl unbewaffnet wie auch mit dem Fauststock (Palmstick, Dulo Dulo, etc.)

GROUND & POUND - SEMINAR
with "Lonely Dog"
This time I will do a seminar with the subject of striking techniques on the ground (a.k.a. Groung and Pound). We will focus mainly on Empty Hand techniques, but will also have a look at G & P techniques with the Palmstick.
