I can make oi-tsuki:
To front, and when I punch (for example) with the right arm, to left (heian-godan), but can I punch with the right arm to right?

hm,
It seems that you train Karate.
Yes of course, punching to the right side with your right arm is also possible. Just take a "Tate Uraken" for example. Thats not a Tsuki to the right, but also a punch with the right hand. Normal Tsukis to the right side I cannot imagine...

Hy KaKi,
in Pinan Nidan( Shotokan : Heian Nidan ) there a is Tsuki to the right and to the left after the combination auf Age Uke and Uchi Uke. First you move your arm to the right or left like Uchi Uke an then you do the tsuki. In Shudokan Ryu we do that in change of the Ura Ken in Heian Nidan because our Kata are different.

Is oi-tsuki (Tate, Ura…) to feeble for a right punch?
But I believe Uchi-Uke, Age-Uke, Age-Empi-Uchi, Otoshi-Empi-Uchi and Shuto-Uchi/Uke is good for Yoko punches! or not?
@DieKlette
I don't know a right (right/ left) punch with the right arm in the Heian-Nidan!
