Hello to everyone, Hallo an alle.
I practice BJJ in Spain and I´ll be staying in Essen next week, and would like, as forementionned in the title, to have some help concerning BJJ/Grappling/Luta Livre Schools in NRW. I´ve checked some of the schools you have in NRW: Köln, Düsseldorf, Hagen, or at least the ones I have founded in the internet.
I´m not well aware of the distances between the cities of this part of Germany and would like to know which school BJJ/Luta Livre/Grappling in NRW would be closer to Essen, by public transport:train/bus etc. As far I ve been looking, I have not found any BJJ/Luta Livre/Grappling club in Essen.
Last question, most of the schools do normally train in the evening, are there any group of people also training during the day.
I can read german so feel free to answer in German any of the questions asked.
Thanks to everyone. Vielen Dank.
