3) REFEREE AND JUDGES WORKSHOP AND EXAMINATION:
Those who are Interested in participating as judges and referees should be informed, that they are going to attend a seminar and Workshop and examination.
All judges and referees must pay 100 Euro per person for their Examination and certificate Class C, and for class B is 150 Euro and for Class A is 200 Euro.
Every National team should bring minimum one and Maximum three judge/referee with them to the World championships 2008. Umpires should forward their valid certificates at registration.
4) TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION:
a) Representatives of National Teams with at least 25 and up to 50 athletes will have free accommodation for the period of the Championship for 1 person. Representatives of National Teams with more than 50 athletes will have free accommodation for 2 persons for the period of the Championship. National Teams with less than 15 athletes will have no free accommodation (regarding to WFK Administration Decisions in June 2007 in Georgia).
b) Each competitor is required to have his / her own boxing gloves, mouth pieces and groin protectors, shin guard and shoes as a precaution against accidents.
c) Each Team should bring along their National Anthem in a CD
d) Each fighter is obligated to prove his nationality and Age, by providing the Travel Passport or any other official document
e) All Teams that wish to participate shall send the Participation Statement which has been send with this Invitation, to WFK HQ by email at info@wfk-gov.com or by fax +98 8118269032 or until January 31st . AFTER THIS DATE, PARTICIPATIONS COMING IN WILL FACE A PENALTY.
f) In case a weight division does not have minimum 4 fighters, a meeting will take place in order to find additional fighters; otherwise the athletes will be included one category up. If the problem remains then this weight category will not count as a Championship Category, but as an Open Tournament Category. Different Medals to them will be provided and will not be included as Official Championship Results.
g) Each competitor must have birth certificate and medical certificates approving his / her physical fitness to compete
h) All athletes must bring along 2 ID size Pictures, and all other (coaches, referees, judges, officials, escorts)1 Picture, otherwise they will take the pictures during the registration. 2 Pictures will cost 3 Euro
5) ACCOMMODATION AND LOCAL TRANSPORT:
Accommodation and local transportation from Airport to Hotel – Airport and stadium per person 8days/7nights (package) - US$ 390 (US $ 56 per day per person)
The cost includes the followings:
－ Full accommodations including 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
－ Local transportation to/from airport - hotel and to/from hotel- gymnasiums
－ Use of the training facilities in the gymnasiums and Farewell party and Interpreter
All participants are kindly requested to pay for their accommodations at the registration as soon as they arrive. Those who arrive in Bangkok earlier than April 12 and stay longer than April 19 for their convenience must pay US$ 80 per day for their accommodations (breakfast included).
6) REGISTRATION & WFK PASSPORT & ENTRY FEE:
a) Registration Forms: Registration Forms shall be sent to us prior or on January 31st 2008.
b) WFK Athletes Passport: Every athlete must have in possession the official WFK Athletes Passport. The athlete’s passport cost 100 Euro.
b) Entry Fee: All competitors and coaches must pay US$ 30 per person for their participations.
7) CONTACT – VISA DOCUMENTS:
To get the visa Document from us please send your delegation Names, passport numbers, date of issue, date of expire, date of birth, your Fax Number and the Fax Number of the Thailand Embassy or Consulate in your city. These Documents must be delivered to us until January 31st 2008.
