Sieht stark nach Taiji aus, und ich möchte fast behaupten, das IST aus dem Taijitraining. Das meiste was man so sieht auch auf Trainings-CDs ist fast 1:1 das typische Taiji-PH, oder das was man beim Yiquan sieht. Von irgendeinem, ich glaube der grosse Dünne mit den grauen Schläfen (Liu De Kan ?), habe ich auch anderes gesehen. Statisches Training dieser Art habe ich bei "meinen" Leuten nie gesehen, das wurde immer in Bewegung gemacht.

Hey GZA,
das er als nicht mma fighter irgend welche nicht-TCMA Leute für mma trainiert, macht ja nun null Sinn. Die meisten Stimmen im Netz klingen ja mal ziemlich schlecht. Sieht wohl so aus, als hätte er mal lieber die Finger davon gelassen und wäre bei dem geblieben, was er kann. :o
Ergebnisse habe ich nirgendwo gefunden.

I don’t know any “legendary MMA trainer” who would preach such a philosophy.

In the second episode we got a little more information about the fighters, but not much. Dipset’s team and Ludacris’s team were holding tryouts in a gym somewhere in New York. The whole session seemed unorganized and messy. I couldn’t figure out who was more obnoxious, Novell Bell or the show’s narrator. I could do without the both of them.
