habe mir gedacht das ich hier ein paar meiner workouts für stockkämpfer posten könnte, habe schon ein paar workouts im arnis/eskrima gepostet, da diese workouts aber auch für kampfsportler im allgemeinen interessant sein könnten... voilà hier noch ein paar die genereller natur sind
