As if you haven’t guessed; this ain’t no pajama wearing, kid’s martial art at the local strip mall. The Self Defense Training System™ is designed with one purpose: kill the enemy. It has a combat pedigree like no other martial art or self defense program in the world. In fact, it’s the only system specifically developed for modern close combat. It wasn’t thrown together by one man or even one country. This system is the culmination of scientific research and intensive field trials conducted by several governments and citizens since 1910. Unlike martial arts, the Self Defense Training System has one application: no rules, close quarter combat anything less is a chance you don’t want to take. The Self Defense Training System is everything there is to know about man-on-man violence. Once you complete your training you will be an extremely dangerous person, feared and respected by all.

Ouh man... hat mal wieder einer das ultimative System erfunden... das ist aber auch nervig, alle paar Wochen muss man 'nen anderen Kurs buchen um immer noch die härteste Sau der Welt zu sein/werden.

oh gott ich liebe diese seite, es wird sogar bas rutten runter gemacht weil er seine FÄUSTE benutzt für die selbst verteidigung !

This will make you laugh, I caught Bas Rutten on Google Video teaching self-defense punching with bare knuckles this morning, so I went down to the Hapkido studio to see what BOB (the training dummy) thought...BOB went thumbs down. Punching is powerful (and I can punch hard) but chopping is much faster, hits more vulnerable targets, doesn't push the opponent out of range of follow-up shots and won't break your hand on impact.

DESTROY ANY GRAPPLER! Grappling is nice for competition but will you will get turned into chop meat if you try that stuff on the street. While you’re trying for some goofy arm bar, he’s stabbing you while his friend is kicking your head in. Module 3 eliminates the need for grappling and teaches you all the street lethal ground fighting you could ever possibly need.

Ich bin überzeugt, wenn man den geheimen Link findet, sieht man ein Video vom Erfinder, wie er sich köstlich über alle kaputt lacht die seinen Kram ernst genommen haben und alles als eine große Satire entlarvt.

waren Schüler von Carl Cestari, von dem ich viel halte.
Carl Cestari wurde sterbenskrank und die beiden begannen
sein System auf ihre Art zu vermarkten.

C. Cestari unterrichtete Grappling, Bare Knuckle Boxing und
verschiedene WWII Stile und war imho ein ganz grosser.
Er lehnte jedoch so eine Vermarktung ab und hätte nie
behauptet, er würde Leute unbesiegbar machen etc.

Leider hat er zu wenig an Material hinterlassen, was Geier wie Pizzo
und Ross jetzt ausnutzen.
