    Standard Sengoku and FEG promise an exciting New Year's Eve events in Japan

    Japanese Sengoku and FEG promotions will traditionally put up their best cards this year, with an entertaining New Year's Eve events. It was not an easy year for Japanese Mixed Martial Arts scene, as these two fight cards will definitely to make a statement for 2011.

    Sengoku will feature the stacked top-to-bottom WVR: Soul of Fight card, which will take place on December 30th at the Ariake Coliseum in Tokyo, Japan. The event will be headlined by a Featherweight collision between Marlon Sandro and Hatsu Hioki, as fighters like Kauzo Misaki, Maximo Blanco and Mamed Khalidov will all take part in the event. WVR: Soul of Fight is also expected to include names like Dan Hornbuckle and Megumi Fujii, whose opponents are yet to be announced.

    FEG will present a combined event, featuring some of the best DREAM and K-1 fighters. DREAM Featherweight and Welterweight titles will be on the line, as Bibiano Fernandes will square off against Hiroyuki Takaya, and Marius Zaromskis will face the legendary Kazushi Sakuraba. Star-packed line-up will include names such as Shinya Aoki, Gegard Mousasi, Sergei Kharitonov, James Thomson, Tatsuya Kawajiri and Jerome LeBanner. The event will take place at Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan on December 31st.

    So, it will be a great weekend of fights, with two stacked events in Japan and UFC 125 in Las Vegas, Nevada which will take place on January 1st.
