Wenn alle Patienten mit Erkältungssymptomen auf Corona getestet würden, brauche man jede Woche mehr als drei Millionen Tests

Aber das hindert die Verschwörungserzähler natürlich nicht daran, andere Gründe zu mutmaßen...

Wichtiger fände ich es zu erfahren oder mit anständigen Menschen zu disktutieren, was das nun weiter bedeutet, wenn man Symptome hat, die aber nicht für einen Test ausreichen?
Dennoch Quarantäne? Freiwillige Isolation?

Kein Angst ich weine nicht deswegen. Letztlich ist es ein Verhalten, dass typisch in einer Krise ist und irgendwie auch nachvollziehbar (natürlich steht für dich deine Gesundheit an erster Stelle). Bedenklich finde ich es nur wenn man nicht versteht, warum ein solches Verhalten für die Gesellschaft schädlich sein kann – wenn es im großen Umfang vorkommt.

Sie berücksichtigen jetzt nur mehr die Antigenschnelltest bei banalen Schnupfensymptomen um die PCR-Kapazitäten frei zu bekommen. Aktuell braucht man für eine PCR bis zu 3 Tage bis man ein Ergebnis bekommt, das ist indiskutabel.

Die Teststrategie berücksichtigt vor allem auch Einrichtungen des Gesundheitssystems und wie dort getestet werden soll:

Wenn dort von „Tests“ geschrieben wird sind PCR-Tests gemeint.

Wenn du mit Halsschmerzen zum Hausarzt gehst sollst du primär einen Schnelltest bekommen, damit du schnell ein Ergebnis hast und nicht 3 Tage warten musst.

Die Antigenschnelltests erkennen 4 von 100 positiven nicht, dafür habe ich nach spätestens 30 Minuten ein Ergebnis.

Dort wo es auch auf die 4 ankommt (Gesundheitssystem, Pflegeheime), werden Schnelltests und PCR gemacht (oder nur PCR wenn ich nach 3 Stunden das Ergebnis haben kann).

Die Anpassung ist also höchst sinnvoll und sowohl die Hochrisikogruppen, als auch die Einrichtungen, als auch die Patienten im ambulanten Bereich profitieren davon.
Möglich ist das da die Schnelltests jetzt zuverlässig sind und in großer Menge verfügbar.

Wieder ein Fall von erst lesen, dann verstehen was die Leute, die diese Strategien entwickeln, wollen und dann schreiben.

Man testet weniger mit der PCR, dafür EXTREM viel mehr (und schneller) mit den Schnelltests.

Es wird also insgesamt DEUTLICH mehr getestet als vorher, weniger nur die PCR, dafür werden die dann schneller dort wo man sie wirklich braucht (siehe meinen vorherigen Post).

Solche Beispiele wie die Posts hier zeigen warum Halbwissen so gefährlich ist. Die Leute können Informationen eben nicht richtig einordnen.

Da jegliche respiratorische Symptomatik, auch ein alleiniger Schnupfen, Ausdruck einer SARS-CoV-2-Infektion sein kann, sollten Personen, die NICHT aufgrund der obigen Kriterien getestet werden, sich trotzdem so verhalten, dass Übertragungen verhindert werden, wenn sie eine COVID-19-Erkrankung hätten. Dazu gehört, soweit umsetzbar und insbesondere ab einer 7-Tages-Inzidenz im Landkreis von 35/100.000 Einwohner, eine Isolation zu Hause für 5 Tage UND mindestens 48 h Symptomfreiheit vor Beendigung sowie eine Kontaktreduktion. Bei sekundärer klinischer Verschlechterung ist eine sofortige Testung auf SARS-CoV-2 empfohlen.
