Have you ever stepped on the mat and suddenly noticed that you have absolutely no idea what you are doing? Or maybe you have a plan, but you have trouble executing it?
Winning takes planning. When you step on a mat you need to have a plan. You need to have YOUR plan. This class is for all competitors or people who plan to compete and will teach you how to build your personal gameplan.
Modul 1: Introduction to Game planning & How to start the fight
Modul 2: Build your Guard & Passing
Modul 3: Control & strong positions
Modul 4: Submissions and Defense
The classes will cover theoretical aspects as well as practice on the mats. You will need something to write and a Gi.
Places are limited. A registration per Mail is required. Send an email to hiltibjjberlin@gmail.com with your Name and experience / belt level.
About Frank Burczynski
Frank is an experienced coach, competitor and referee. He has won the IBJJF European Championship numerous times and has coached several people to success on high level competitions, such as the IBJJF Worlds, AJP Worlds, IBJJF Europeans, AJP Europeans etc.
Among his most recent personal successes are:

One module will cost 50€ for Hilti members and 80€ for everyone else.
