das (Auszug) hab ich gerade bei den ADCC News gelesen:

..."FILA will host the World Wrestling Games in Antalya, Turkey on Sept. 7-9. Grappling will be included in the competition, along with Beach Wrestling and Sombo. USA Wrestling invited a number of respected Grappling organizations and leaders to discuss the process for selecting and training a U.S. Grappling team to compete in the World Wrestling Games.

In addition to leaders and staff from USA Wrestling, the meeting featured representatives from the following organizations:

International Submission Wrestling Association
Grapplers Quest
World Grappling Games
North American Grappling Association
No Limits
FILA World Grappling Committee

Ich glaub man kann davon ausgehen das extrem geschraubt wird.
Die werden versuchen die Regeln Ihren Ringern gerechter zu machen...

CREATION OF A GRAPPLING WORLD COMMITTEE
1. Present situation
To date different organisations organise competitions of Grappling . These
competitions are not very well structured and they take place without any legal
framework, which prevents these very promising wrestling styles from
developing worldwide.
2. Legal framework
FILA, the Olympic sport which founded the Olympic Movement is the only
organisation recognized by all the international bodies to manage and to
develop all the styles of wrestling.
Today 160 national are affiliated to FILA.
According to its constitution FILA can create world committees which are
independent bodies and which may ensure the management and the
development of a particular style of wrestling. The rights and obligations of the
world committees are laid down in a general regulation.
FILA Executive Committee has decided to authorise the creation of a world
committee of Grappling.
3. Founders of the World Committee of Grappling.
Besides FILA, the two following organisations have decided to bring together
their expertise and to give up their names to create the Grappling World
Committee :
ISWA (International Submission Wrestling Association)
ADCC (Abu Dhabi Combat Club)
4. Scope
The World Committee of Grappling will have all the competence stated in the
FILA and World Committee regulations.
The World Committee will be entitled to develop and organise the discipline
while FILA will be the administrative leading and promotion organisation of
Grappling within the affiliated federations.
5. Technical rules
The technical rules will be set up by the World Committee and approved by
FILA.
6. Insurances-licences
FILA is responsible for collecting and checking the compulsory annual
insurance-licence for all athletes participating in an international competition of
Grappling.
The holder of this licence will be granted the same rights and obligations as the
FILA present licence and he will be allowed to participate in all wrestling styles
under the authority of the national affiliated federations.
7. National autonomy
The Grappling shall be included as a style by the FILA members federations
which may create specific commissions to develop the style.
If a national affiliated federation gives up its right, FILA will register the creation
of the national committee of Grappling as an associated member outside the
national affiliated federation. This committee may attend the FILA Congress
without any right to vote, but with the right to vote in the World Committee
Congress of Grappling.
8. Calendar
On the occasion of each world championship of Grappling, a meeting will be
called to set up the international calendar of all competitions and
championships scheduled for next year. The scheduled dates cannot be
changed, except in case of force majeure approved by FILA.
The world championship of Grappling as well as the continental championships
or tournaments can be organised together with the other non Olympic styles
managed by FILA, that is to say Beach Wrestling, Sambo and traditional
wrestling.
9. Financing
Revenues from the World Committee’s actions may be used for the travels of
the Committee’s members, the Committee’s smooth running, the control and the
management of the discipline and to grant prize money to the athletes and to
compensate different officials.
10. Miscellaneous
Any issue which cannot be settled within the present convention will be settled
on the proposal of the World Committee implemented by FILA and adopted by
the FILA Bureau.

Bin mal gespannt wie lange die benötigen um die notwendigen Verbandsstrukturen aufzubauen.
Bisher baut die (Europäische) Grapplinglandschaft so gut wie gar nicht auf Verbänden auf.
Es gibt als Ausnahmen die ELLO, den Deutschen Sambo Verband und den Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Bund Deutschland e.V..
Alle anderen machen Ihr eigenes Ding. Es gibt so viele verschiedene Schulen das es verdammt schwer werden wird eine adäquate anzahl unter einem Hut zu bekommen.
Ich werd das ganze mit höchstem Interesse verfolgen...

Ähm sehe ich das richtig, dass mit einer Submission das Match nicht vorbei ist?

Alles läuft letztlich auf Punkte hinaus? Warum sonst sollte es für eine Submission Punkte geben?

Das gleiche habe ich mir auch gedacht... Sieht ganz extrem nach Pointfighting aus...

allerdings gibt's halt punkte je nachdem wie man das match gewonnen hat, wird wohl ncith im ko system ausgekämpft

Wird eigentlich allerhöchste Zeit für einen grossen No-Gi-Grappling-Verband, der alle No-Gi-Grappling-Stile einschliesst.

Ich behaupte, dass sich sehr viele Schulen automatisch anschliessen würden, wenn ein ordentliches Regelwerk und niedrigste Beitrittshürden herausgearbeitet würden.

Es wäre absolut reizvoll, den echten Deutschen Meister im No-Gi-Grappling in jeder Gewichtsklasse zu ermitteln.

Mit echter dauerhafter Rangliste..etc...so wie man es halt schon kennt.

Grauenvoll wäre eine Situation wie im Kickboxen. Zig deutsche Meister, Weltmeister..etc...rauben jede Glaubwürdigkeit.

Du hast recht, jetzt habe ich es auch gesehen... Die Punkte die für Subs vergeben werden sind für die Teamwertung und das Einzelranking...

Das wäre sinvoll... Aber ich denke das wird die Fila für sich in Anspruch nehmen... sambo ist ja auch schon der Fila angeschloßen...

Das kann nicht im Interesse der No-Gi-Grappler sein, da würde zuviel Politik dahinterstecken.

Gerade bei so einer hochinteressanten und aufstrebenden Sportart wie dem No-Gi-Grappling wäre ein eigener Verband viel besser.

Da gehe ich mit Dir absolut konform... Dann müsste man aber jetzt Gas geben, sonst ist die FILA schneller und es bleiben nicht mehr viele übrig die so einem Verband beitreten können...
