how come you know german (since you were able to read the stuff on this board)? do you live and train in sweden? Luta livre? (i did not know they had luta livre over there).
that was some nice info about the scandinavian scene (i have only lived here for about a year and to far away from any of the big cities so unfortunally i only get to visit some guys, mostly tomas gym in oslo, every 6-8 weeks).
