e-budo.com, was ist damit passiert?

Ich war grad bissi am Stöbern und wollt mal guggen was e-budo macht. "Schockschwerenot", keine Seite zum Anzeigen. Sind die off, wenn ja wie lange und warum?

hm, seltsam, bis vor 3-4 Wochen ging die Seite sicher noch. Seitdem war ich aber auch nicht mehr drauf.

Sollen wohl ärger mit ihrem Provider haben,und sind bis auf weiteres down.

Hi all,

I don't know the specifics of what happened to e-budo, but George Kohler, the acting administrator, just wrote to me to say that there is a technical problem with the site currently that requires John Lindsey's attention (who is in Iraq). Hopefully John will have a chance to get to it in the near future.

So hang in there and check back from time to time.

No worries. Apparently it isn't a virus attack though. The DNS on the host side changed, and John is the only one who can log into Network Solutions and update the DNS info. That is why it is not even possible to put up an "out of order" sign.

But the good news is that the server didn't crash, and we don't have to worry about missing posts/threads, etc.

Hopefully John is O.K. and just bogged down with work.
