@ Mars: da hast Du wohl recht. Es ist auch deutlich bequemer, einfach mal zu fragen, als sich intensiv mit einem Thema auseinander zu setzen ;), leider....

Natürlich freue ich mich über konstruktive Anregungen. :)
Bebilderung könnte allenfalls bei den Grundübungen erfolgen. Das Verständnis wird das leider nicht fördern.
Im Videoforum haben wir ein paar Threads zu Technikausführungen. Leider hat ein User (jinn)mit recht guter Technik seine Videos gelöscht.

Wie wäre es, wenn im Videoforum Threads mit brauchbaren Hilfen zu Grundübungen erstellt werden, die im FAQ verlinkt werden?
fänd ich persönlich sehr schön. Gerade als Anfänger ist es schwer sich die Übungen vorzustellen wenn sie nur schriftlich erklärt werden.
Demnach wären also je ein Videothread für jede Grundübung zu erstellen. Darin können dann Anleitung und Trainingshilfen (z.B. "Squat RX") eingestellt werden. Zusätzlich können natürlich User Threads erstellen, in denen sie Fragen zu ihrer Ausführung der Übung stellen können.
Für spezielle Dinge wie Plyos wäre so etwas auch sinnvoll. Ist das Material komplett bzw. informativ genug, sollte der Thread (mit den Instruktionen) geschlossen werden, um übersichtlich zu bleiben. Er wird dann mit dem FAQ verlinkt.
Andere Variante:

Variante 1 hätte eben den Vorteil, dass realtiv viel Material inklusive hilfreicher Kommentare zur Verfügung stünde.
Variante 2 wäre eben schneller in Betrieb.
Variante 2 würde reichen, da ja jeder der Fragen hat nen Thread mit dem Video eröffnen könnte
Die meisten "unnötigen" Fragen sind doch eher simpler Natur :o

Wie nehme ich ab ?
Wie werde ich kräftiger/ausdauernder ?
Bringen es 1000 Liegestütze/Situps wirklich ?

Da würde eine etwas schlichtere Einleitung,
-so in der Richtung eines vorgekauten allerwelts Trainings-/Ernährungsplan,
vlt noch mit entsprechenden Zielen und zu erhoffende Erfolge -,
in das Thema Krafttraining/Ernährung/Optik, Abhilfe schaffen,
kann man auch stellenweise dann wunderbar mit dem trockenen Stoff verlinken
vorallem da meiner Auffassung nach bei Anfängern das "Bedürfnis" für das Elemtare eher erst nach und nach kommt
Ich kann nur raten,
Suchender klickt FAQ an wird von trockenen Textsalat erschlagen, hat kein Bock das zu lesen und frägt lieber
Ich hatte schon einen Einstieg in dem Bereich, und habe mir die FAQ angesehen wegen den Details,
die Details wiederum wollen/brauchen/verkraften die meisten Neulinge aber nicht sogut und schreckt ggf sogar ab,
ich denke da liegt der eigentliche Knackpunkt...
... oder manche sind einfach zu doof die FAQ zu finden :D
Franz und ich werden die FAQ sicherlich in ein Infotainment-Disneyland verwandeln. Verlinkte Illustrationen (Videos/ evt. Bilder oder Grafiken) machen Sinn, denn sie fördern das Verständnis für die essentiellen Informationen.

Wie wäre es, langfristig mal über die Einrichtung eines Wikis für solche Zwecke nachzudenken? Ja, ich weiß, sicherlich Aufwand und Arbeit und alles (deswegen langfristig :D), in Sachen FAQ für Übungen und solche Dinge sicherlich nicht schlecht, oder, da gut zu Kategorisieren, usw...?
finde die squat rx reihe deckt zu kniebeugen so ziemlich alles ab, von daher geh ich einfach mal zum bankdrücken und kreuzheben

sind insgesamt 7 videos zu je 5-7min. man erfährt so ziemlich alles zum thema bankdrücken im kdk-stil

zum überkopfdrücken gibts auch eine kleine serie von rip, finde ich persönlich aber nicht so gut gelungen. kann ich bei wunsch trotzdem verlinken.

Das sieht schon einmal sehr gut aus. Die Ripptoe-Sache finde ich auch weniger gelungen. Vielleicht finden wir noch etwas zum Überkopfdrücken.
Etwas Gutes zum vorgebeugten Rudern ist auch nicht so einfach zu finden.
Es gab einmal eine geniale Videoseite einer Universität, in der alle Übungen in exzellenter Ausführung zu sehen waren. Doch sie ist leider offline.

fand den artikel hier noch recht gut im hinblick auf die großen "rückenübungen". die deutsche übersetzung ist bei andro zu finden.
neben ein wenig theorie, gibts passende, kurze videos zu den einzelnen übungen. von klimmzügen, kreuzheben und rudern wird alles recht knapp abgedeckt. leider keine allzu ausführlichen erklärungen zu der korrekten ausführung und möglichen fehlerquellen. dennoch kann man zumindest sehen, wie es aussehen sollte

Der zweite Link ist gut. Gerade zu BWEs ist schwer etwas zu finden.
Push-Press ist schon eine andere Geschichte als "normales" Überkopfdrücken. Da können Neulinge auf falsche Gedanken kommen.

Warum?
Weil die Ringe ständig "stabilisiert" werden müssen und weil natürliche Bewegungen (nicht vorgegeben, nicht "um die Ecke rum") das Ergebnis sind.

Um nochmal F3NR1Rs Idee (Post #10) aufzugreifen:
Ich fände eine Art "Kurzversion" der FAQ auch gut, immerhin gibt es hier 5x am Tag die selben Threads (Wie kriege ich einen Sixpack, ich will Masse aufbauen, ich will daheim traineiren), ohne dass die Leute wirklich Interesse haben, sich in die Thematik einzulesen.
Deshalb fände ich eine Art "Friss oder Stirb" Kurzversion gut, einfach 3 Trainingspläne (Meinetwegen WKM, ein BWE Ganzkörperplan und ein "Disco-Pumper" 3er Split oder so), dazu grob was zu den Wiederholungszahlen und 3 Sätze zur Ernährung (Viel Eiweiß :D ), fertig.
Mehr wollen 3/4 der Leute, die solche typischen Themen erstellen, gar nicht, denke ich. Wer dann doch tiefer in die Thematik einsteigen will, kann immernoch die ganzen FAQ lesen.
Die Videosammlungs-Idee finde ich übrigens auch gut :halbyeaha

Ich werde diesen Link ins KrafttrainingsFAQ einfügen. Viele übersehen diesen Thread.
Basispläne sind keine so schlechte Idee (GKP und 2er für Hypertrophie, GKP, 2er und 3er für Maximalkraft). Alternativ wäre eine Verlinkung von Thread, die Anfragen behandeln, möglich.
Ins FAQ sollte ich die BWE_Alternativen zu den Hantelübungen aufnehmen.
Wie kommst Du eigentlich darauf, dass Kraftsportler "viel Eiweiß" brauchen? Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Sportarten brauchen sie eigentlich recht wenig. Mit 1,2-1,4 g/kg Körpergewicht kommen die ganz gut aus. (Echte) Ausdauersportler brauchen da mehr (bis 1,8).
Ein FAQ zum FAQ finde ich allerdings nicht zweckmäßig. Die Leute sollen sich mit der Materie auseinandersetzen und nicht in vorgegebene Klischees stolpern.
Habe noch eine weitere Seite gefunden, mit BWE/Gymnastik-Übungen. Sind aber eher für Fortgeschrittene gedacht. Beast Skills - Tutorials
War eher ironisch gemeint, hier kommt das nicht so oft vor, aber jedes mal, wenn ich ne Übung suche oder so stoße ich in BB-Foren auf Posts a la "Sind 7 Gramm Eiweiß pro Kilo Körpergewicht genug oder sollte ich doch auf 10 gehen?" :D
Übrigens fände ich es empfehlenswert, wenn Links wie dein "Wer sich einen Plan basteln möchte, klickt hier." im Krafttrainings-FAQ im allerersten Posting wären, quasi wie ein Inhaltsverzeichnis, dann sieht man das sofort.
Fitness für KK und KS: Beitrag 14 und speziell Beitrag 15 die Beispielpläne finde ich sehr interessant und fachlich gut beschrieben, weiter so Mars.
